What if I need to change my pickup or delivery city? +

If the route changes, we'll provide a new quote for the updated pickup and delivery locations. The new quote will also be fixed — once you approve it, it's locked. Your original quote remains valid if you decide to keep the original route.

What if the carrier tries to charge more on delivery? +

That won't happen. Our carriers are contractually bound to the price in your order. If a carrier ever attempted to charge more, we'd intervene immediately and cover any difference. You never pay more than your quoted price.

Does the guarantee apply to both open and enclosed transport? +

Yes. The Fixed Price Guarantee applies to every shipment we handle — open transport, enclosed transport, door-to-door, terminal-to-terminal. No exceptions.
